Is Hemp the same as Marijuana?
No. Even though they are both in the Cannabis family they are not the
same plant. Think of it like the citrus family… Lemons and Oranges are both
fruits but have very different properties… they taste, look, and smell
different. Hemp is high in CBD, low THC while marijuana is the opposite.
What is CBD?
Cannabidiol …. one of the many cannabinoids discovered so far in the
different types of cannabis. CBD is present in more significant quantities in
hemp than marijuana, and because it is non-psychoactive, CBD is widely
regarded as the cannabinoid with the most health potential by researchers.
What is THC?
Tetrahydrocannabinol… one of at least 113 cannabinoids identified in
cannabis. THC is the principal psychoactive constituent of cannabis. Gives

Are your products legal?
CBD from hemp is considered a dietary supplement and is legal to purchase
and ship in the United States. Our CBD hemp oil is an imported hemp
product, and contains less than 0.3% THC by weight and is thus exempt
from the Federal Controlled Substances Act.
Will your products get me high?
No, they won’t. Our products are all made with high-CBD, low-THC hemp
oil. CBD is non-psychoactive, and THC, marijuana’s psychoactive
compound, is only present in trace amounts – not nearly enough to cause

Most workplace drug screens and tests target Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinol
(THC) and do not detect the presence of cannabidiol (CBD) or other legal
